Back in 2015, RateMate, a Budapest-based hospitality industry startup commissioned us to redesign their website. They wanted a modern and responsive website to showcase their products. So we created one for them.
RateMate, founded in 2013 by Péter Divos and Péter Gál, aims to provide software solutions for the hospitality industry. RateShopper is a tool for hotel managers to track the latest rates and events going on in the area. It offers a set of rates that are refreshed daily and can be presented in line charts to identify trends, and competitor rates are available for different segments. In 2015 they pioneered a unique, frequently updated Event Intelligence software to help hoteliers keep track of relevant events, maximising revenues on event dates.
Our main goal was creating a design that would showcase the core features of their software products, while also including secondary information like client testimonials, team presentation, partner and client logos.
One of the main reasons for the redesign was that our client wanted and increase in sales leads generated through the website. We helped achieve this with carefully placed call to actions and a streamlined sign up form for the free trial version of their software. The pricing page also received a complete facelift for a much improved user experience.
We have chosen C4studio because of their professionalism demonstrated in the bidding stage for the redesign of our website. During the course of our work together, they always showed flexibility in work, and there was nothing they couldn't implement which we asked of them. The result was a new website beyond our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any company who wishes to have a cutting edge website.Péter GÁL, CEO
The resulting website turned out to be a real success. Positive feedback came in immediately after the launch of the new website, while the number and quality of leads has been steadily improving.
